"My Package Took Forever to Show Up"
I ordered this thinking it would arrive in a reasonable amount of time, but then the waiting game started. A few days went by, then a few more, and I kept checking for updates, but there really wasn’t anything clear to go on. It felt like my package was just sitting somewhere with no explanation. By the time it finally showed up, I was more relieved than excited. The late delivery and lack of communication made the whole experience frustrating

"Probably not worth the price"
The coffee was fine, I guess, but it just felt a bit overpriced for what it was. Maybe I expected more, but I’m not sure I’d pay that much again.

I ordered from puerhcoffee.com the packaging was underwhelming. The box showed up with dents on the outside and one corner looked like it had been tossed around carelessly. Thankfully the coffee itself was fine, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it didn’t give the best impression. For what I paid, I expected a little more care in how it was packed and handled.

"Seems Easy on My Stomach"
I don’t know if I’m imagining it, but I felt like things were smoother after meals and I wasn’t getting bloated like usual. So far, it’s been easy on my stomach.

"Subscription ended up being more hassle than it was worth"
The subscription just got annoying after a while. I didn’t feel like I was getting enough value for what I was paying, and it started to feel like more of a headache than a benefit. If it doesn’t improve, I’m probably going to cancel and try something else.

"Kind of limited selection"

"Caffeine felt a little hit or miss"
Some cups literally hit me strong, while others barely felt like they did much. The taste was fine, but I just expected the caffeine to feel more consistent from cup to cup

"Customer Service Really Missed the Mark"
I had a simple question about my order, and it took forever to get any kind of response. When they finally did reply, it was brief and didn’t really answer anything. it felt like they just wanted to brush me off, which isn’t right when someone has already spent their money with you. Good customer service should be part of doing business, and this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I won’t be ordering again.

"Not worth the effort for me"
I tried puerhcoffee thinking it might give me a nice little energy boost, but i barely felt anything. It tasted okay, nothing amazing, but I went through the whole routine of making it and waiting to feel more awake, and it just didn’t really happen. For the price and the effort, I expected a lot more. I don’t think I’d buy it again...

"Honestly, I just felt worse"
I was hoping this would make me feel a bit healthier, but it didn’t do anything for me. If anything, it just left me with an upset stomach, which was frustrating.

"Flavor isn’t consistent"
I’ve ordered these a few times, and it’s been hit or miss. Some bags taste totally fine, but then the next one will be kind of flat, like something changed. It feels like a preventable quality control issue, which is disappointing because when it’s good, I actually enjoy it.

I thought this would be a quick part of my morning routine, but it ended up feeling way too fussy and slow. When I’m trying to get out the door, the last thing I want is a brewing process that needs this much attention. Give me a break, I just want coffee without making it a whole project...

"I was excited to get my order, but..."
I was excited to get my order, but the shipping took forever. At first I figured it was just a normal delay, but this is where it got annoying, there weren’t many updates, and I kept waiting way longer than expected. The product finally showed up, but the whole delivery experience was frustrating...

"Not terrible, but didn’t taste fresh to me"
I ordered this once and had mixed feelings. It wasn’t completely awful, but the bag just didn’t seem very fresh when I opened it. The aroma was weak, and once brewed, the coffee tasted kind of flat, almost like it had been sitting around for a while. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but based on my experience, I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Didn't really do anything for me"
I tried this hoping it would help with focus and mental clarity, but... yeah, I didn’t really notice anything. If anything, I felt a little jittery and kind of all over the place, which is basically the opposite of what I wanted. Maybe it works better for other people, I don’t know, but for me it just felt like a waste.

The ingredients just didn’t taste very high quality to me. Compared to similar products I’ve bought before, this one had a cheaper flavor and didn’t feel as fresh.

I really wanted to like this, but the balance was just way off. The puerh and coffee flavors didn’t come together well for me and tasted kind of strange. I also tried asking about it and got transferred around, which made the whole experience more frustrating...

"Taste just wasn't for me"
I really wanted to like this, but the flavor was just off. It had this bitter, kind of strange taste, and then the aftertaste felt a little stale or something... I don’t know, it just didn’t sit right. I couldn’t even finish the cup.
